Who can apply for the Oman eVisa
The Oman eVisa is an electronic visa implemented by the Royal Oman Police to simplify applying for an Oman tourist visa. Citizens of a wide range of countries can apply entirely online. GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) citizens do not need a visa to enter Oman; GCC residents may need to apply online depending on their profession. Use the checker above to confirm your eligibility.
Oman eVisa types
- Single entry (10 days), a single-entry visa allowing a 10-day stay, 75 USD.
- Single entry (30 days), a single-entry visa allowing a 30-day stay, 109 USD.
- Multiple entry (1 year), valid one year from issue; each stay up to 30 days, first entry within 30
- days of issue, 197 USD.
What you need to apply
The application takes less than 15 minutes online. You will need:
- A valid biometric passport, valid for at least six months from your planned arrival in Oman
- A photograph of the applicant
- A scan or digital photo of your passport's bio-data page
- An active email address, where your approved eVisa will be sent
Each eligible applicant submits a separate application. Once approved, your eVisa arrives by email as a PDF, usually within a few days.
